Here are the swatches for MAC Flighty, and you can read the collection details here. As I expected, these Big Bounce Shadows did not live up to their claims of lasting power. Both Temptalia and Allura experienced quick creasing when applied to the lids. The shadows also claim to be mousse-like, but I find they more resemble a gel-cream (a lot of moisturizers have this texture, so I hope it’s familiar to some of you). They’re super emollient and a little goes a long way.
MAC was correct in saying that the color is buildable. I wasn’t sure whether sheer or built up swatches would be more useful, so I took the middle road. Be aware that you can make these colors either more sheer or more opaque depending on how much you apply. And beware that with more layers, you’re more likely to get creasing.
So far the recommendation has been to apply these with a synthetic brush (not your fingers) over a primer and underneath powder eyeshadow. This is way too fussy for me, so I’ll be passing on this collection.

These are so beautiful. What a shame they suck so much. If they had worked well I would have bought nearly all of them.
I’m loving all the greens and teals in the shadows- ‘My Next Indulgence’ in particular.
Not so impressed with creasing though
There are some really beautiful shades in this collection but these would be crease city on me so I think I’ll pass.
